SWC launched their Internship Guide in February 2019. It provides software to aid businesses in structuring and managing their internship programs, including a communication and time tracking system.

“My internship with Innovia Foundation has provided me opportunities to expand my skill set and gain unmatched real-world experience that I will be able to use in my career,” said current Washington Trust Bank Communications Fellow, Amanda Oliver. Since 2012, Washington Trust Bank has provided funding to Innovia Foundation to support Fellows from Gonzaga University.

“Innovia Foundation is committed to ensuring every person has the opportunity to thrive. Internships, including our Washington Trust Bank Fellow Program, give students an opportunity to develop and enhance their professional skills and build strong relationships in their field,” said Innovia Foundation CEO Shelly O’Quinn.
