Over $250,000 awarded in scholarships to area students

Innovia Foundation recently awarded $257,413 in scholarships to 116 students throughout Eastern Washington and North Idaho for the 2019-2020 school year. The Foundation manages over 30 scholarship programs on behalf of donors who are invested in the educational success of students in our region. Travis Dillon
Scholarship: Newport-Priest River Rotary
College Choice: Lawrence University
Major: Mathematics
“With this scholarship, I will be able to travel to Budapest in the fall to attend the Budapest Semesters in Mathematics programs, one of the most prestigious mathematics study abroad programs in the world. Every student who has attended BSM has told me that it was an absolutely amazing mathematics experience, and I am looking forward to the opportunity. Thank you!”
