Financial planning conversations may involve retirement, a dream lake cabin or those long-awaited home remodels. However, a critical and often overlooked aspect of planning is the topic of legacy.
A long-time partner of Innovia Foundation, Troy Braga has been serving local clients for years as the Senior Vice President and Resident Director at Merrill Lynch in Coeur d’Alene. Troy invests time into understanding his clients’ values, interests and what truly matters to them. More often than not, these conversations reveal a passion for charitable support that’s as significant as their enthusiasm for a dream real estate purchase or leaving gifts behind for the next generation. Guiding clients to think strategically about their estate and charitable giving is one of Troy’s most fulfilling responsibilities.
“For a trusted family advisor, staying attuned to market trends is crucial, as is understanding clients’ philanthropic goals and the available resources,” says Troy. “With the right guidance, clients are thrilled to realize what they can accomplish when introduced to the right resources, such as those Innovia provides.”
