Innovia Foundation Welcomes Tonya Sherman as Regional Engagement Manager for Bonner and Boundary Counties 

Spokane, WA, February 12, 2026 — Innovia Foundation recently hired Tonya Sherman as Regional Engagement Manager for Bonner and Boundary Counties. The Equinox Foundation partnered with Innovia to co-fund the position, highlighting a shared commitment to strengthening community connections, building local capacity, and expanding philanthropic impact across North Idaho. 

Tonya joins the Innovia team with experience in nonprofit leadership, higher education, and manufacturing. Most recently, she served as President of the Bonner County Historical Society & Museum, leading a high-stakes turnaround focused on long-term financial and operational stability and rebuilding a high-performing board. Her position at Innovia will be primarily based in North Idaho.
