Kootenai County Weaver Awards

Start Date: November 4, 2026
End Date: November 4, 2026
Time: 11:30AM-1PM
Be part of something new! In every corner of Kootenai County, there are people quietly holding community together. The neighbor who knows everyone's name. The volunteer who always shows up. The person who turns strangers into friends.

We call them Weavers, and on November 4, we're celebrating them.

Join Innovia Foundation as we introduce our first 20 Weaver Award winners and invest $50,000 in the people who make this community a welcoming place for all.

What to expect:

  • Meet the 2026 Weavers. Be the first to hear who they are and the difference they’re making.
  • Hear from John Noltner. Award-winning photographer, author, and founder of A Peace of My Mind.
  • Share your own story. Step into John’s pop-up studio and add your thread to the community tapestry.

Add to our community’s beautiful tapestry!

Before or after lunch, stop by John Noltner’s pop-up studio for a portrait and one simple question: “How do you weave connections in your community?” Your photo and words will join a growing gallery of local voices, showing the many ways people across our region build connection every day. See an example gallery from Innovia’s 2026 Summit here.
