Are you prepared for the unexpected?
Fires, floods, pandemics, and other disasters can strike at any time, disrupting your operations and threatening your ability to serve your community. Disaster Planning equips small and all-volunteer nonprofits with the tools and confidence needed to face these challenges.
This hands-on workshop will guide you through the essential steps of disaster planning. Together, we’ll explore the “why, what, and how” of building resilience, focusing on practical actions tailored to your unique needs. Participants will receive a workbook designed to make disaster preparedness achievable and actionable, with specific tools for documenting, gathering, and problem-solving.
By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer path to securing your organization’s future and protecting its mission, no matter what comes your way. Whether you’re just starting or refining your disaster plan, this workshop will leave you ready to face the unexpected with confidence and clarity.
This session is designed for board members, nonprofit leaders, and anyone who wants to learn how to get ready for whatever may come your way.
COST: $10
