Innovia’s 5th annual Community Leadership Summit on March 18-19 at the Spokane Convention Center drew a record 325 volunteers and community partners eager to explore new and innovative ideas for building community resiliency.

Over two inspiring days, we learned from experts and changemakers from across the nation. Trainings and presenters addressed best practices in education and workforce development, community planning and building community endowments. 

Sessions also equipped communities to engage with the 5% Committed, Fully Invested endowment campaign, Innovia’s new Community Heart & Soul® program and the LaunchNW initiative.

Leadership Council members representing all 20 counties joined Innovia Board and staff members at an appreciation dinner on March 18, where members were recognized for their work as advisors and ambassadors on behalf of their communities.
