The town of Harrington, WA is home to a community of generous people who care about their neighbors. In 2007, a grant from Innovia helped renovate the historic Harrington Opera House. In 2019, Innovia awarded a $30,000 challenge grant to Harrington to build a town square. For every $1 the community contributes to the Harrington Town Square project, Innovia will match it, up to $30,000.
The community quickly came together to secure matching gifts and are well on their way to meeting the challenge. The Harrington Town Square will soon replace an empty downtown lot, providing a place for community gatherings and a space to connect and host events.
