FROM STUCK TO ENGAGED: HOW TO UNLOCK MEANINGFUL BOARD ENGAGEMENT
You recruited smart, capable board members–so why does engagement still feel uneven?
In this interactive session, we’ll look at board engagement through a different lens. Instead of asking how to “get board members to do more,” we will explore why people get stuck and how we can design better conditions for participation.
You will learn how to diagnose disengagement, avoid common missteps, and use design levers that shape the conditions for participation—meeting agendas, facilitation, role clarity, and personalized invitations—to support meaningful board contribution.
This session builds on Powerhouse Boards and is ideal for leaders who are ready to deepen engagement and impact.
