Fellowship Program
Each year, we welcome talented college students onto our team to expand their writing, marketing and professional skills through the Innovia Foundation Fellowship program. By supporting our mission to transform lives and communities, Fellows have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across Eastern Washington and North Idaho.
From donor Fellows work closely with Innovia staff across departments, and specifically with Marketing and Communications, to support engagement with donors, grantees, nonprofit organizations, community leaders and volunteers.
