STCU’s Here for Good Foundation is currently encouraging donations to assist those impacted by regional wildfires. All funds donated are tax deductible and will be distributed in partnership with the Spokane Complex Wildfire Response Fund at Innovia to benefit local non-profit organizations supporting rebuild and recovery efforts in local communities. All donations to STCU’s Here for Good Foundation will be matched by STCU, up to a total of $100,000.
About the Foundation
As a valued partner of Innovia Foundation, STCU has established a charitable fund at Innovia to ensure its 89-year tradition of community giving continues into perpetuity.
The STCU Here for Good Foundation will award grants to schools and nonprofit organizations that that serve communities and citizens in Eastern Washington, Central Washington, Tri-Cities, North Idaho, and Eastern Oregon. STCU created the fund in January 2023 with $1 million endowment that it hopes to grow to $10 million in 10 years.
With guidance from an oversight board of STCU officers who review grant requests, focusing on the impact areas of education, arts and culture, and economic development.
