A beloved leader and CEO of Greater Spokane Inc. for more than 20 years, Rich left an indelible mark on the Spokane community and beyond. His wife, Rita Hadley, established the Rich Hadley Memorial Fund at Innovia to honor his lifetime of service and ensure continued support for the causes he cared about so deeply, including scholarships at Washington State University, the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives Foundation and organizations devoted to ALS research.
