STCU Here for Good Foundation
Last May, thousands of 5th grade students gathered for a hands-on day exploring agriculture at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds’ Farm to Table event. In September, Feast World Kitchen hosted a free block party to bring the community together for a celebration of culture through international cuisine. This year, Spokane Arts selected nine designs submitted by Spokane high schoolers to beautify electrical boxes across the city and shine a spotlight on student talent.
The common driver behind each of these opportunities is the generosity of the STCU Here for Good Foundation. Since its establishment at Innovia in 2023, the Foundation has awarded over $850,000 supporting education, economic development, and arts and culture.
Launching a foundation was a monumental event for STCU, ensuring that we’re always able to respond to needs in the communities where our members live, work, and raise their families. We couldn’t do it without Innovia, which has the expertise to ensure positive stewardship of the Here for Good Foundation funds, and allows us flexibility to respond in the moment.”
