Innovia is proud to provide an online community calendar to connect with communities across our region. Listings may be submitted by organizations and individuals hosting events within Innovia’s 20-county region.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRONEOUS INFORMATION, AND WE WILL NOT TAKE REQUESTS TO CHANGE EVENT DETAILS OR DESCRIPTIONS AFTER SUBMISSION. IF YOU HAVE SUBMITTED INCORRECT INFORMATION, PLEASE CONTACT US, AND WE WILL DELETE YOUR ENTRY, ALLOWING YOU TO RESUBMIT. REQUESTS TO EDIT SUBMITTED INFORMATION WILL NOT BE HONORED.

Event Guidelines:

Event must be family-friendly, open to the public, and offered free of charge or at low cost.

Event should have a broad community appeal and be sponsored by an existing nonprofit organization, chamber of commerce/economic development council, or local civic group.

Innovia staff reserves the right to disapprove any submitted event, or remove any posted event, without notice, for any reason. 

For events charging a fee, the fee must be nominal and not connected to a commercial enterprise.

Event titles must not include the date or location. Event title only.

Do not submit event information in ALL CAPS. Any events with information in ALL CAPS will be automatically rejected.

If the event occurs over consecutive days, submit a separate event for each day in which the event takes place.

Event must take place within Innovia’s 20-county region of Eastern Washington and North Idaho.

You must include contact information for the public to reach you (preferably a phone number). Innovia cannot answer inquiries about your event.

Event may take several days to receive approval and appear on the site, so we recommend submitting events at least three weeks in advance.
