The Hispanic Business/Professional Association (HBPA) serves the Hispanic community of the Inland Northwest through a variety of economic, educational, cultural and social support services. HBPA’s programs include providing scholarships for local youth of Hispanic heritage, promoting vaccine outreach, hosting a food pantry, and creating opportunities for Hispanic businesses and professionals.
